Over the past few seasons we have been asked by a number of trekking clubs to arrange their Torres del Paine W and Circuit Treks. These clubs have comprised of groups of between 10 to 50 participants. It should be noted that the logistics behind arranging any group itinerary can be challenging, what with people sometimes arriving on different days on different flights, as well as people requiring a different diet and often, wanting to add on varied extras such as kayak or an ice hike. However, with our more than 30 years experience in arranging customised itineraries we are well versed in the process.

Introduction to Trekking Torres del Paine and Patagonia for Hiking Clubs
Here at Experience Chile, we have had the pleasure of being asked by a number of hiking clubs to arrange their Patagonian trekking itineraries, and in particular, Torres del Paine. These clubs range from top universities as well as “hobby” trekking clubs, all of which have come to us because of our good reputation for custom-created travel itineraries and our years of experience particularly in the Patagonian region.
Also, some party members may want to then go off to El Chalten or elsewhere in South America. Another factor that comes into play is if one, or more people have to cancel. In short, it is a heck of a lot of work! However, it’s our job and we are pleased to now, officially, publicize our specialist Trekking Torres del Paine and Patagonia for Hiking Clubs service. From the start we will help you formulate an itinerary according to the dates and individual requirements of group members. We will lay on the transport you will need, all the accommodation, meals plans and dietary requirements, activities and guides. All groups of 6 people and above are required to contract a local guide for trekking in Torres del Paine, which we will arrange.
Also, we will handle the payments from each participant and, of course, the payment to all the suppliers.
In the event that you need to make a date change or have people who need to cancel, we will do everything we can do to accommodate the request as long as it is in line with the supplier terms and conditions.
Should you require any refunds these will be handled in a quick manner.
