Of course, here at Experience Chile this is part of our job. In order to be able to plan your W or Circuit Trek hiking itinerary, it is vital that you understand about the W Trek Logistical Connections. For example, when the regular buses operate (not relevant if we are arranging private transfers for you), as well as services such as the Navigation Grey and the Pehoe Catamaran. In addition, if you want to build in an ice hike on Glacier Grey or Kayak in front of Glacier Grey, again, you will need to know about the times of the services to get you to and from the Grey sector that align with the activities just mentioned.

Why Use this Catamaran?
Most important, in order to start or end your W trek at Paine Grande you will need to come over from Pudeto to Paine Grande or depart Paine Grande and go across to Pudeto.
Also, many people hike the French Valley in a full day and come over on the first catamaran from Pudeto and then depart back from Paine Grande on the last catamaran of the day. The usual hike time for the French Valley form, and back to Paine Grande is about 10hrs, which can be shorter if you only go to the French Valley viewpoint and not right to the end.

These must be bought ON BORD and will cost, approximately the equivalent in Chilean Pesos to USD40 per person, each way.
