This 7 nights and 8 days all-inclusive, guided itinerary is operated by our partners Kau, who have their own, boutique lodge in Torres del Paine. Included in this itinerary is the W Trek, plus hiking on Glacier Grey, kayaking on Grey river as well as a trek to the Cuernos and Condores. Also included will be the navigation Grey boat trip from Refugio Grey across Grey Lake to Hotel Grey.
In line with the other all-incluisve, guided itineraries, this one will include transport, transfers, all meals, guides and accommodation at the cozy Kau lodge.

Introduction to Torres del Paine Adventure Patagonia Itinerary
The Kau, boutique lodge, on the banks of the Rio Serrano on the edge of Torres del Paine, is a favorite partner of Experience Chile. The owner has a certain gift for understanding how to create accommodation that is modern, comfortable and cozy. The Kau lodge has a vibe that is friendly, warm and vibrant.
Kau operates three, excellent, all-inclusive itineraries for guests, each one slightly different to the other. Here, we will introduce you to one of these itineraries, and the other two can be found under the other drop-down menus in our Torres del Paine itineraries section.
Key Aspects to this Torres del Paine Adventure Patagonia Itinerary
The focus of this itinerary is, as the word in the title suggest, about “adventure”. During this program you will be able to trek, with a guide, the three iconic valleys of the W Trek where you will arrive to the Torres Base, the French Valley and Glacier Grey. However, in addition, you will be able to Ice Hike on Glacier Grey, Kayak on the Grey River as well as enjoy the extra hiking trails called Cuernos and Condores.

ITINERARY
Arrive to Puerto Natales
- Transfer to your Hotel in Puerto Natales (Hotel Simple or similar).
- Welcome Dinner.
- Guide presentation of upcoming program.
- Night – Puerto Natales.
Torres del Paine Torres Base
- Breakfast
- Transfer to the Torres del Paine Welcome Centre.
- Trek 4.5hrs up to the Torres Base and 4.5hrs back down to the Welcome Centre.
- Transfer to Kau Lodge Torres del Paine.
- Dinner.
- Night – Kau Lodge.
French Valley
- Breakfast.
- Transfer to Pudeto in Torres del Paine.
- Take the catamaran across to Paine Grande.
- Hike 2.5hrs to Camp Italiano, then 2.5hrs to the end of the French Valley (or halfway).
- Return to Paine Grande (5hrs).
- Take catamaran across to Pudeto.
- Transfer back to Kau Lodge.
- Dinner.
- Night – Kau Lodge.
To Glacier Grey & Suspension Bridges
- Breakfast.
- Transfer to Pudeto in Torres del Paine.
- Take the catamaran across to Paine Grande.
- Hike 4hrs to Refugio Grey.
- PM Kayak (weather permitting).
- Dinner.
- Night – Refugio or Camping Grey according to availability.
Grey Ice Hike
- Breakfast.
- AM Ice Hike Glacier Grey.
- Lunch.
- Take Navigation Grey across Grey Lake, in front of the glacier and to Hotel Grey.
- Transfer back to your hotel in Puerto Natales (Hotel Natalino or similar).
- Night – Kau Lodge
- Transfer to airport or bus terminal.
Grey River Kayak
- Breakfast.
- Transfer to Grey Lake sector.
- Kayak safety instruction and handing out of kayaks.
- Walk with kayaks to Grey Beach.
- Lunch.
- Transfer back to Kau Lodge.
- Night – Kau Lodge
- Transfer to airport or bus terminal.
Cuernos and Condores Trek
- Breakfast.
- Transfer to Webber bridge.
- Trek through woods and past lagoons to arrive, after three hours to the Condor lookout.
- Lunch.
- Transfer back to your hotel in Puerto Natales (Hotel Simple or similar).
- Night – Puerto Natales.
- Transfer to airport or bus terminal.

Torres del Paine Adventure Patagonia Itinerary
The Adventure Patagonia itinerary, is a guided W Trek itinerary, covering each of the iconic three valleys, plus two excellent Patagonian activities, namely Kayak in on Grek Lake and then Ice Hiking on top of Grey Glacier. However, also included are two other daily hikes in Torres del Paine each one that will open up breathtaking views of the park. Furthermore, at the end of each day, you will be able to retreat to your own private accommodation and relax in a nice environment with other people in the lodge – apart from one night in Torres del Paine, which will be in a dorm at Refugio Grey or in a tent at the same location. The first and very last night will be at Puerto Natales.
Experience Chile has known the owner of the Kau lodge in Torres del Paine since he initiated the Indigo Hotel (since been sold) in Puerto Natales. This hotel, when it launched, was innovative, “funky”, modern, and had a good “vibe”. Along the same lines the Kau project in Torres del Paine is also modern, innovative, comfortable and with a good, relaxed, adventure vibe.
