In the event that WE handle the rest of your trip in South America and make your other reservations, we will see what else we can hand back to you by way of maybe a free hotel night and / or trade rates for some reservations. Trade rates are less than the public rates. The more we can arrange and book, the better placed we are to “give you something back”.

Rates shown are a guideline only and are per person, all-inclusive itinerary programs.

It should be noted that all-inclusive means that these services are within the cost:

• Regular bus transfers between Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine.
• Park entry tickets.
• Accommodation with bedding be it actual bedding or sleeping bags.
• All meals: Hot dinner, breakfast and box lunch (in that order).
• Catamaran tickets between Paine Grande and Pudeto.
• Welcome kit with: Inner sleeping bag liner – water bottle and small trekking towel.

NOTE: For any of the below options, we can add a PRIVATE transfer in or out, or both. Also, we would usually add one or two nights in Puerto Natales as well as the required local transfers to get you to and from the bus terminal and your transfers in and out of Puerto Natales from the airport or bus terminal. We will cost this up at the time of reservation.

How Do We Arrange Your W Trek Itinerary?

In the first instance we need to receive from you a request to create a W or Circuit Trek trail itinerary as per your own, custom needs.

Once we receive this request, we will construct a draft itinerary and supply a cost estimate.

The Formal Request from You

Then, you need to formally ask us to go ahead. Most important: our enquiry form is at the foot of this page, or just send in an email to request@experiencechile.org .We will immediately start the reservation process, which can take a number of days depending on how efficient or not the owners of the accommodation options are. However, once we get the itinerary confirmed we will inform you immediately.

What follows will be a payment request. We then pay the suppliers and create vouchers to be sent to your email.
