How Do We Arrange Your W Trek Itinerary?

In the first instance we need to receive from you a request to create a W or Circuit Trek trail itinerary as per your own, custom needs.

Once we receive this request, we will construct a draft itinerary and supply a cost estimate.

The Formal Request from You

Then, you need to formally ask us to go ahead. Most important: our enquiry form is at the foot of this page, or just send in an email to request@experiencechile.org .We will immediately start the reservation process, which can take a number of days depending on how efficient or not the owners of the accommodation options are. However, once we get the itinerary confirmed we will inform you immediately.

What follows will be a payment request. We then pay the suppliers and create vouchers to be sent to your email.

Now you will be all set for your Torres del Paine W trek adventure.

Make a serious request for us to make your arrangements. Once confirmed, full payment is required within seven days. Refunds WILL be respected (less any bank costs) for cancellations up to 90 days before the first date of the service we have reserved for you. This will be the defining arrival date for the full itinerary.

For a 4 -night Torres del Paine W Trek, with our local transfers included, plus two nights in Puerto Natales, minimum 2 people we will offer:

WE WILL BOOK YOU A PRE AND POST HOTEL IN PUERTO NATALES (2 nights) FOR A ROOM RATE 50% LESS THAN THE HOTEL RACK RATE (THE HOTEL OFFICIAL PUBLIC RATE). SO, FOR EXAMPLE, IF THE HOTEL OFFICIAL ROOM RATE (RACK RATE) IS USD250 FOR THE NIGHT, WE WILL LET YOU HAVE OT FOR USD125. IF THE HOTEL RACK RATE FOR A ROOM IS USD100 PER NIGHT, WE WILL LET YOU HAVE IT FOR USD50. This will not apply to any high-end hotel and is for bed and breakfast reservations only.

Why are we offering this? To make life a little easier for you and for us. The cost is lower for you and for us it is easier for logistical coordination if we are handling it all, even though we take a loss on the hotel reservations in Natales.

IN ADDITION

In the event that WE handle the rest of your trip in South America and make your reservations, we will see what else we can hand back to you by way of maybe a free hotel night and / or trade rates for some reservations. Trade rates are less than the public rates. The more we can arrange and book, the better placed we are to “give you something back”.
