The Hotel del Paine is a rustic property located beside the meandering Rio Serrano, just outside the official boundary line of Torres del Paine. However, there are privileged views, such as this one in the photo, out of some of the cabin rooms to the spectacular Torres del Paine central massif.

Brief Introduction to Hotel Paine
The Hotel Paine comprises two, separated units of accommodation, with one also housing the restaurant and reception area, as well as a small number of cabins. The entire complex is located beside one of the bends of the slow-moving Serrano River, and from the cabin rooms there is a spectacular view to the Torres del Paine Massif. However, this view is not available to those in the guest rooms housed in the two previously mentioned units.
In total there are 44 guest rooms.
Hotel Paine does not have a swimming pool, or spa. It is a simple, cosy, rustic-country style accommodation option for Torres del Paine.

About Hotel Paine
This is a family run business that began in 1996 as a rather simple and rustic accommodation option for visitors to Torres del Paine. However, having witnessed the growth of other hotels in and around Torres del Paine, especially good quality lodges, as well as the all-inclusive product offering, Hotel Paine has now improved its facilities and also offers an all-inclusive itinerary program.
The location of the property is in the western sector of “Torres del Paine” beside the meandering Serrano River, right beside one of the large bends of the river. This area, south of the river is what is now the Serrano Village, where there are also other accommodation options and the development of a main street. This is a tranquil place and a good base from which to venture into Torres del Paine. Important to note is that this area is not actually within the official border boundary of Torres del Paine, but it is, for all intents and purposes “in” the park.
The style of the hotel is one of country rustic. Construction is from natural timber and interiors are “no frills”. The evening meal is a generous buffet whereupon guests can go up and help themselves to an array of delicious, “homely” food options.

The All-Inclusive Option
Hotel Paine has now “joined the club” when it comes to offering all-inclusive night stays. These programs include accommodation, all meals, Torres del Paine Park entry tickets as well as guided W Trek and / or excursions to other places in the park and transport in and out.
Among the activity menu options are fly fishing, horse riding, seeing the magnificent views of Torres del Paine as well as trekking some of the iconic W Trek valleys.

The Room Categories
The guest rooms of Hotel Paine are distributed among two units and some cabins, one being where the reception and restaurant is also located, and another, over the other side of the complex, where there are simple, rustic rooms on two floors. However, in addition, there are four, twin, side-to-side cabin units, making up eight cabins that house matrimonial and twin or triple-bed rooms. It is these cabins, via their corner windows, that have the great view to the Torres del Paine Massif.
For those staying in the cabins, you get more “peace”, but you have to walk outdoors to get to the main building where the restaurant is.
Room categories are basically those in the cabins and those in the other two, independent buildings.
